Fill out the online application completely. Make sure your name is entered as it appears on your passport. Once the application is received, we will send you an email with additional information.

I-20 Form & Sevis Payment
Once your complete Online Application has been received, we will make you an I-20 Form and send it to the mailing address you indicate on your Online Application. The I-20 Form is required to apply for your M-1 Visa. Once you receive the I-20, you must pay an I-901 fee, otherwise known as as a SEVIS payment, to the US Government. It is required by the US Government that you pay your SEVIS fee prior to attending your visa interview. For more information visit; fmjfee.com

Once you are issued the M-1 visa, contact RFC and you will be given additional instructions regarding your arrival. The airport you are arriving at is called Tulsa International Airport (KTUL).
